Italian public universities require 12 years of prior schooling. A one-year Foundation bridges the gap for students who finished 11 grades and builds B2 Italian or English. Several campuses bundle Foundation plus Bachelor’s admission.

FAQ: studying in Italy

Many bachelor’s and master’s programmes are fully in English. For Italian-taught degrees, a B2 Italian certificate is required. We arrange language prep and university language tests.

Public universities charge €2 500 – €4 000 per year. Private schools range €8 000 – €18 000. Regional scholarships often cover both tuition and housing.

Yes. Student permit holders may work up to 20 hours per week and full-time during breaks, with annual earnings capped at € 14 000.
