In most cases, no. University dormitories close during winter breaks, and sometimes during fall/spring breaks as well. You need to arrange accommodation and budget for living expenses during these periods.

At the undergraduate level, only 1.5% of applicants (both international and American students) receive full-ride scholarships, covering all expenses completely. 2.7% receive 90% coverage of educational costs, 5.9% receive 75% coverage, and 18.8% receive 50% coverage. Other applicants may receive discounts of up to $12,000 per year.
